DonatE to the VHLC

The State of New Hampshire owns the building that houses the Veterans Heritage Learning Center. The New Hampshire Veterans Cemetery Association (nhvca.org) is responsible for improving the infrastructure and educational operations that benefit the cemetery. Funds are raised from the private sector to support these enhancements and programs.

We support our partnerships with the community network and foster greater engagement with students, educators, and residents. All educational programming and operations within the Veterans Heritage Learning Center (on behalf of the NHSVC) are funded through donations and an endowment designed to sustain these efforts. School and group visits to the cemetery for tours and educational field experiences continue to increase.

The Veterans Heritage Learning Center, the educational hub at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, officially opened on November 11, 2018, coinciding with the 100th Anniversary of Veterans Day. Individuals, families, businesses, and foundations generously contributed in various ways to ensure the success of this project.

Want to donate 'items' or 'artifacts?"

We appreciate the generosity of those wishing to donate items but we are limited in space and cannot accept all items.    Please email admin@nhvca.org if you would like to inquire about donating items.  

We CANNOT accept any form of firearm regardless of the age of the item. We host young students in the building, we are not covered for any liability related to firearms (even inert), sharp objects & weapons. If you have a firearm you wish to donate for public display, we recommend the Wright Museum in Wolfeboro, NH, or Support our Troops Inc. https://supportourtroops.org/donate
